Packages and Pricing

Bronze: Day of Coordinator: $1500

  • Wedding day coordination entails making sure everyone is ready and knows where they are supposed to be and when by the time the ceremony starts, ensuring the workings of the day go smoothly (vendors are all on the same page) and keeping the flow of the event moving along including directing guests to the ceremony, from the ceremony to cocktail hour, and from cocktail hour to the reception. I make myself available from the time the bridal party starts to arrive at the venue and remain the point of contact for all happenings throughout the day. (Approx. 10-12 hours of coordinating day of)

  • I include being present for rehearsal and vendor confirmation about a week before your date

Silver: Planning and Coordination: $2500

  • In addition to day of coordinating including everything in the Bronze package, I will help you select and book vendors if needed as well as work up a timeline for the planning process (i.e. when to send out save the dates and invitations, how to communicate with your bridal party and much more) and a schedule for day of.

  • Help with seating, seating chart, and assistance with the venue floor plan is also included

  • This includes an initial meeting (can be done in person or via Facetime/Zoom, a halfway point check-in, and a final meeting 30 days before the event date. At the final meeting we do a full detailed run-through of the wedding day from start to finish

Gold: Event Design, Planning, and Coordination: $3500

  • In addition to planning and day of coordinating including everything in the Silver Package I will help you design your entire event from start to finish including working with color palettes, decor options/choices, and or themes. We will work through every asthetic of the event in detail as I help you create a look that is truly worthy of your big day. I will work closely with your vendors and event venue staff to ensure your vision is brought to life.

Platinum: The completely hands-off package. $4500

  • In addition to everything in the Gold Package I will not only help you select a venue and all vendors, but also attend all vendor planning meetings either with you or on your behalf. I will work closely with your venue and vendors including head-up all communications, phone calls, paperwork etc. including handling any or all ordering and/or rental items as needed

Add-Ons

Set Up: $350+

  • The Set Up Add-On price is based on the need of the couple. Contact to discuss further detail.

Tear Down/Clean Up: $500+

  • With The Tear Down/Clean Up Add-On I stay throughout the entirety of the event. I will bring in anywhere from one assistant to an entire team based on need. We completely break down the venue, tables, decorations, etc. and return it to it’s original form. We also offer the option of removing trash and hauling items off the premises if needed. Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit to hold date

  • Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date.

  • Cash, check, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp
